Welcome to the 1st IELA International Conference 2021. The 1st ICC 2021 aims to provide a platform for academics, scholars, Language practicioner, professionals, and graduate students to present their current research ideas on current issues especially in English Language Teaching, Literature, and Linguistics. The IELA International Conference (ICC) also welcomes all attendees to discuss and share their ideas related to educational developments in 21st Century. All attendees will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and networks at this conference. The conference’s theme is “Strategic Teaching and Learning on the 21st Century”. Indonesian English Lecturers Association (IELA) as the organizer of this conference warmly welcomes all theoretical, practical, and empirical articles from any educational stakeholders which related to ELT, Literature, and Linguistics.
